All prospective students wishing to study Certificate of Animal Homeopathy or other short courses that STFCAH offer must complete the “Enrolment Application form” with the signed code of practise form.  For entry to the Diploma of Animal (Veterinary) Homeopathy, students must attach a copy of evidence of graduation from other Homeopathic courses before commencing Diploma course.

TUITION FEES
Tuition fees are due and payable at the time of enrolment in accordance with the current fee schedule.
If a student is paying by payment plan, tuition fees are due on order of each module of the course.

Fees can be paid by, money transfer Western Union, (Aust only) cheque, Bankcard, Mastercard or Visa, PayPal.

Tuition fees include GST, all texts and other learning materials, tutor and student services and all postage costs from the college.

Students are financially responsible for all fees incurred in the research or examination schedule and for postage of assignments to the college.

CHANGES TO POLICIES
St.Francis College of Animal Homeopathy reserves the right to make any change at any time to the policies, guidelines, cost, schedules or any other provision contained in this document or any other brochure or prospectus.

COURSE MATERIALS
STFCAH courses can  not be re-sold or advertised by any student except with the written permission of the Registrar.  The College reserves the right to substitute or credit any textbooks or course materials at any time without notice should they become unavailable or be upgraded, as it is the policy of STFCAH to continually improve and update course material.
CREDITS
Credits will be allowed for goods damaged or lost in transit. Requests for credits must be made within seven (7) days of receipts of course materials, textbooks or other goods.

DISCLAIMER
At no time and under no circumstances will the College, its directors, tutors or anyone connected with the College accept liability, nor can they be held responsible, in respect of any claim of damage or otherwise, accrued from any action carried out, or directions given, by any student or former student, whether or not the directions given in the course materials are followed. The courses are given as advice and instruction and anyone carrying out treatment under these directions must accept full responsibility.

Note: Students are advised not to carry out public practice prior to graduation, except under the supervision of a qualified practitioner.
